Water is life, and is very important. Occasionally including lean meat is great. Fruits are rich source of fiber and vitamins. Vegetable, well, are healthy foods that should always be seen in your meal plan.

But most diet and weight loss programs today have their own meal plans. So if you choose to follow one these programs, then you will typically follow their personalized meal plan designed for your weight loss needs.
